Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Philosophy

I aim to take a holistic view of your health and wellbeing. A consult involves taking a thorough history, a physical examination, and a discussion of diagnosis and next steps, which involves evidence-based investigations (e.g. blood tests), treatments (e.g. lifestyle modifications, medications), and follow-up appointments.

I prefer prevention where possible, and aim to empower you to make informed decisions about your health, and to actively participate in your care.

What to expect

Telehealth consults are suitable for issues that are non-urgent or routine, e.g. normal blood test results. Please do not book a telehealth consult for urgent issues, or those that require a physical examination, e.g. skin conditions.
